My 2025 Vision Board
My 2025 intention is to get my health really vibrant. I gained a LOT of weight during covid, caretaking 24 hours a day for my mom with PSP and my menopause change, I also really injured my neck last year and signed up for 7 months of chiropractic work to help correct the damage and pain. Last year with the help of a personal trainer and a very strict diet I lost 17 of those pounds. I am now gearing up to lose another 20 and really get fit. Being 52 and witnessing my parents getting older is just a reminder that our health is something to take seriously, I have stopped the patterns of “when I am….” and am now doing. Once again putting a team in place to help me on my journey of fitness and vibrant health. I will keep you posted on how it goes! Very excited and slightly overwhelmed at times. I work a lot with people on their journey to weight loss and vibrant health, I have seen them succeed and fail. the things I have learned are:
1. Have a support team in place. nutritionist, trainer, mental coach (hypnotherapist is great too).
2. This is a mental, physical and emotional journey. Give yourself a break, it took years to do the damage, it takes a while to repair.
